🔄 Return Policy

1. Wrong Product Received
   If you receive a product that is different from your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost.

2. Change of Mind
   If you change your mind after receiving the product, you may request a return within 14 days. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

💰 Refund Policy

1. Lost Package
   If your package is lost during shipping and confirmed by the courier, you will be eligible for a full refund.

2. Damaged Product
   If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the damage. A full or partial refund will be issued depending on the condition.

If you wish to exchange a purchased item (e.g., change model or color), please contact us within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Exchange shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense unless the error was ours.
